Beware the “Notarios”
When you become a notary in the State of California one of the most important concepts they teach is not to advertise as “Notarios Publico”. Mainly because in Latin America the meaning refers to a Lawyer which a Notary is not… Well two women in Southern California decided to proceed disregarding the law. These two scoundrels solicited business under false pretenses toward immigrates. After they charging thousands for services they couldn’t render and proceeded to extort thousands.
This is quiet sicking these two women extorted and lied to deceive people who trusted them. Well Done, to the State of California on this Righteous Bust.
